OUR  TERMS  AND  CONDITIONS

The aims of this Club are to provide members with access primarily to golf courses and, on a secondary account, hotels and accommodation at discounted prices.   Upon payment of the appropriate joining fee, which is valid for one year, the member will receive the appropriate Club card which must be produced to the suppliers in order to obtain the Club Tajinaste Golf discounts.   Should the member’s card become lost or stolen, please contact us at once.

The Club can accept no responsibility whatsoever for any acts of omission by itself, its members and/suppliers causing financial loss, negligence, personal injury, damage to property belonging to any party, member or associate, including breaches of any contract.   Any dispute regarding discounts must be notified to the Club immediately, but certainly no later than 24 hours* in order that the matter can be resolved.   Contact in these cases, in the first instance, should be to our UK site, either by telephone or e-mail or, failing which, contact should be made with our local agent as shown below.   Please remember that hotels, in particular, do reserve the right to alter prices but similar discounts will be expected.

Any agreement or contract entered into, apart from claiming your pre-agreed prices and discounts at our venues, will not involve Club Tajinaste Golf in any liability or responsibility whatsoever.   Discounts only apply to those golf courses and hotels listed in our brochure.   The aforementioned have our authority to verify the authenticity of our members and to refuse discounts should they not be properly satisfied in this connection.
